The 525 High Street space is located 500 metres from Preston Train Station, Preston Market and an array of cafes and restaurants.

The ground floor office was leased to CVGT Pty Ltd, an employment services company on a three year lease plus options for $40,000 per annum, equating to a building rate of $239.52 per square metre for the 167 square metre space.

The fully partitioned office further features staff amenities including shower, air-conditioning throughout and secure under cover parking.
