The Clifton Hill commercial premises of national pet retailer Petstock has been sold by Savills.

Petstock has a new five plus five year lease signed late last year for the 460 square metre building at 592-596 Smith Street.

They pay around $126,500 per annum for the Smith Street space which is passed by 74,000 vehicles per day.

Savills selling agents Jesse Radisich, Nick Peden, Mark Stafford and Julian Heatherich were marketing the property as an opportunity to acquire a prominent asset leased to a secure tenants in the blue-chip city fringe suburb of Clifton Hill.

Petstock have over 155 locations across Australia.
