Petrofin Inernational leases Sydney CBD office

A B-Grade Sydney CBD office has been leased to Petrofin International as they grow their Australian operations.

CBRE’s Jamie King leased the 495 square metre 14th level office on behalf of lessor AIHL Properties Australia.

It is located at 189 Kent Street, and Petrofin International has committed to a seven-year term for an initial rate of $485 gross per square metre.

The national property representative for the client, Corporate Relocations, handled the negotiation for Petrofin. Their brief was to have all the staff on one level, and being close to Barangaroo was seen as a benefit.

“Petrofin was attracted to the building's central position in the CBD, as well as the building's recent refurbishment, which included upgrades to the lobby and lifts,” King said.

“Flexibility with the incentive structure also contributed to the successful conclusion of negotiations.”
