Peppers Airlie Beach, a resort hotel with ocean views in Whitsundays, Queensland has hit the market. 

It has been offered for sale via an expressions of interest campaign by Wayne Bunz and Hayley Manvell from CBRE Hotels. 

Situated on 1.8 ha, Peppers Airlie Beach at 9A Hermitage Drive, Airlie Beach comprises 59 freehold 1-5 bedroom apartments and villa ranging in size from 79-341sqm. 

The resort facilities include restaurant, bar, infinity swimming pool and gym. 

Other features include Management Letting Rights for up to 106 units in the complex plus the on-site manger's Lot. 

Opened in 2009, the 4.5 star hotel has been operated by Accor under the Peppers brand with vacant possession available.
