The Oxford Hotel’s leasehold is up for sale in Sydney’s Darlinghurst. It enjoys annual revenues in excess of $2.3 million per annum with a 24 hour liquor licence with 21 gaming machine entitlements.

There are 24 years remaining on the lease (4 year initial term with 4 x 5 year options).

"It is currently operated under management - and would benefit from a more focused operator," the marketing agents advise.

The hotel has had a recent $1 million renovation and refurbishment.

It has 874 sqm GLA spread across four expansive levels - with an approved patron capacity of 670 people - including two bars, a cocktail lounge and a live performance area.

The corner location on Taylor Square provides future retail and commercial uses.

In 2007 the property was valued at $36 million.

It was listed for outright sale in 2014.
