A two-story Fortitude Valley commercial office has sold for $2,625,000 to a local investor through Savills.

The 141 Robertson Street property sits on a 546 sqm site.

The building has 660 sqm of floor area spanning over two storeys, and is close to the James Street retail precinct.

The selling agents were Savills’ Jack Morrison and Nick Russell, who marketed the property via expressions of interest.

The buyer has appointed Apollo Property Group to refurbish the property.

The James Street retail precinct continues to build momentum, with the opening of the second freestanding David Jones store in Australia, and the current construction of the high end boutique hotel, The Calile.
