Sponars Chalet, a historic traditional ski lodge located in the Kosciuszko National Park, is currently under offer.

The chalet sits on the site of the original Kosciuszko Hotel whose Grand Slam Ski run was the first commercial ski slope in the Snowy Mountains area.

Sponars can accommodate up to 100 guests, with all rooms having en-suite facilities. It has a free car-park for guests, and also provides a courtesy bus to Smiggin Holes and Perisher Ski Resort during shoulder and peak seasons.

Other facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, ski hire at the lodge, bar and restaurant with an open fire place and games room.

The listing agent is Stephen Pursell of CRE Brokers.
