Bearings distributor NSK Australia has leased a site in Melbourne's Dandenong South to serve as its new Australian headquarters after nearly 23 years at Caribbean Business Park.

The 3,600 square metre building at 100 Logis Boulevard will be part of Victoria’s first integrated eco-industrial business park – The Logis Estate.

The park designed by award-winning architects PLUS was completed in June 2015.

CBRE’s James Jorgensen brokered the lease for private developer LT Holdings.

The tenant is committed to a seven-year term, with and option of a five-year extension.

“LOGIS is a unique master planned development that offers the very best in innovation, sustainability and urban design, combined with first class amenities,” James Jorgensen said.

Dandenong South’s location just 30 km from Melbourne CBD makes it a sought-after place for industrial businesses, he said.
