A North Bondi retail and residential block is on the market to help fund a hotel development in Melbourne.

The property, 50 Blair St North Bondi, is owned by Melbourne’s coffee king Salvatore Malatesta and is on the market through CBRE agents Gemma Isgro, Michael Khouri and Nicholas Heaton.

The property features four one bedroom apartments, two car spaces, a retail tenant on a five year lease with options until 2031 and a net passing income of $148,428.64 per annum.

The property is up for auction Tuesday, 1 August 2017 at 10.30am AEST at AuctionWORKS, Mezzanine Level, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney.
