Nissan's Dandenong South headquarters sold for $35 million

A private syndicate has bought Nissan’s Melbourne headquarters for $35 million.
 
The 11 ha industrial Dandenong South offering was sold through CBRE’s David Aiello and Stephen Adgemis who negotiated the sale after more than 80 enquiries.
 
The 260-270 Frankston-Dandenong Road site accommodates Nissan’s corporate office and parts warehousing operations.
 
Nissan plan to secure a new Australian corporate head office.
 
Nissan Australia chief financial officer Stephen Hope signalled their upcoming relocation of the parts warehouse facility to TRUGANINA.
