New Derrimut facility opening from Palram Australia

Palram Australia Pty Ltd has leased an industrial premises in the West Park Industrial Estate, and they are now set to open their new Derrimut facility.

The facility, 34 Buys Court, includes a canopy area, a hardstand with truck circulation and external storage, all accessible from the freeway. It spans 5,178 square metres, and Palram has committed to a five-year term with starting rental at $336,570 per annum.

With the property includes an office, signage opportunity and multiple container height RSDs, according to CBRE’s Harry Kalaitzis who negotiated the lease.

Kalaitzis said that there is increased demand for medium industrial sixed buildings in Melbourne’s west.

This was also seen with the leasing of 89 Derrimut Drive, a 3,857 square metre office warehouse with 500 square metre canopy, shutter doors, recessed dock, handstand area and car parking. This deal was also negotiated by Kalaitzis, in conjunction with Todd Grima, achieving $300,000 per annum for the starting rent and a five year lease term.
