Perth architecture and development firm Baltinas is hunting for an operator for its new Mount Street café space.

The commercial space is nestled at the base of the landmark Halo On Mount apartment development.

Baltinas has until now been using the space as a display suite for its Camilla Residences project.

Baltinas group founder Barry Baltinas said the time was right to open up the space – the first purpose-built food and beverage commercial area in Mount Street – for leasing.

“As well as Camilla Residences construction finishing up, refurbishment works on the Mount Street pedestrian bridge, which links the café with the city and the 32-storey Woodside Tower, are set to be done by late September,” said Mr Baltinas.

On top of Mount Street residents with city views, the 163 sqm tenancy at 24/35 Mount Street is fully enclosed with acoustic glazing.

Trading seven days a week is preferable.
