Dexus Property Group has signed on Neil Perry for its $80 million retail development of the landmark Gateway tower at Sydney's Circular Quay.

Gateway's redevelopment, which is being undertaken by Dexus Wholesale Property Fund, will convert the existing three-storey retail podium into multiple dining precincts, doubling the retail space to 4385 square metres.

Perry's The Burger Project and Chat Thai will be included on the first level.
