Mowbray College site on market with $11m expectations

Mowbray College in Caroline Springs Victoria has been put on the market, with expectations of around $11 million.

The site, 183-191 Caroline Springs Boulevard site, one of three campuses of the former Mowbray College that went into liquidation in mid-2012. It has been listed by Savills Australia agents Julian Heatherich, James Lockwood and Nick Peden.

The site has three street frontages it and is diagonally opposite Lake Caroline and retail precinct.

The 12,500 square metre property has frontages totalling 295 metres with educational buildings total around 3370 square metres.
