Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia take Pitt Street lease

The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia has leased Sydney office property on Pitt Street. 

The ninth floor 130 Pitt Street space is 381 square metres.  

CBRE’s Jamie King negotiated the five-year term on behalf of Investa Funds Management.

The annual rental is $760 per sqm gross.
