Mornington Peninsula sites leased to food industry operators

Two Mornington Penninsula spaces have been leased within the retail food industry.

While 887 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud was leased for $29,000.00 per annum on a three-year lease term with three further options of three years. This equates to a building rate of $95.08 for the 305 sqm building. 

The 240 sqm retail premises at 889 & 889a Point Nepean Road was leased for a total of $60,000.00 per annum on a lease term of three years with three further terms of five (5) years, equating to a building rate of $250 sqm. 

The leasing agents were Anthony Carbone and Seamus Bolst of CVA.

The sites are located with huge exposure to the traffic along Point Nepean Road and across from the Rosebud Pier and foreshore.
