Moonee Ponds ANZ bank $7.475m sale

The ANZ Bank premises at Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds has been sold for $7.475 million.

It last sold for $2.6 million in 2004.

The corner property has a land area of 510 square metres.

The existing lease to ANZ Banking Group Limited is for 10 years with five-year options. The sale price represented a 5.7% yield of the rental of $430,207.44 per annum as at February, 2015.
