Mirvac Group has secured three new tenants at its A-grade office building at 90 Collins Street, Melbourne.

They take the building to 100 per cent leased. 

Click Energy has leased over 1,300 square metres for a five-year term.

An eight-year term has been secured with Merricks Capital for approximately 500 square metres.

A five-year term has been secured with McDonald Murholme for over 900 square metres. 

Mirvac’s Paul Bezzina said the building offers 21,000 square metres workspace over 21 levels along with luxury brand retailers on the ground floor and basement parking for 111 cars.
