Milbrovale, nestled at the base of the Brokenback Range, 7 kms beyond Broke, has been listed by the well known Newcastle couple Richard and Mary Owens.

The four hectare Hunter Valley estate has been listed for sale with Alan Jurd of Jurds Real Estate.

The home got its inspiration from a Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie House.

It was designed by Tanner & Associates, winning MBA Australian House of the Year when constructed.

The bespoke home featuring timber, stone, glass, metal and rendered finish, comes with home cinema and of course wine cellar.

There is a separate guest wing to accommodate up to twenty family and friends.

Milbrovale's grounds come with resort style billabong swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts.

Milbrovale's marketing campaign runs until offers close June 26 with repricing to more than $2.6 million.

Alan Jurd estimates the replacement value of the residence at above $6 million.
