A multi tenanted commercial property at Mermaid Beach has been sold for $2.31 million.

Located at 43 Alfred Street, the property is fully leased to three tenants with a net income of $165,092 per annum.

There will be 4% annual increase reviews.

The majority of the income is secured by a top 10 ranked Ray White franchise.

All of the tenants have long term lease expiry dates.

It is a two level fully refurbished botique building with exposure to Gold Coast Highway located opposite a beachside retail centre.

The property was offered through Ray White agent Steven King.
