Melbourne medical consulting group secures Canterbury commercial space

The commercial component of a new three level building development at 69 Canterbury Road in Canterbury has been sold.

Gray Johnson agent Scott Ashby secured $485,000 for the ground floor 74 square metre space inclusive of two car spaces.

The buyer is a medical consulting group who intend to use the property for their own occupation. 

The development has two luxury apartments on each of the two upper levels.
