Melbourne investor buys Republic Tower, Quanjude restaurant strata space

The basement restaurant space in the Republic Tower at 299 Queen Street has been sold.

It is leased to the Quanjude Peking Duck Restaurant with options until 2022. 

The sale price achieved by CBREs Tom Tuxworth, Ed Wright and Nick Lower has been speculated as $3.6 million.

With ground floor lobby and basement space, there is 733 square metre of strata retail.
