Design retailer Lunar Store is moving to a new location in the inner city strip of Greville Street, Prahran in Melbourne.

The deal for the 30 sqm retail site at Shop 2, 127 was brokered by leasing agent Jordan Ceppi of Fitzroys.

The tenant will pay $25,000 net plus outgoings for a three-year deal with options for two three-year extensions.

Lunar Store is an independent design store, focussing on locally crafted ceramics, jewellery and leather goods.

“Lunar Store is expanding from nearby 136 Greville Street, having jumped at the opportunity to utilise this site’s massive shop frontage and corner location to further enhance their exposure to the large foot traffic that passes through Greville Street on a daily basis,” he said.
