Medical clinic in Melbourne snapped up for $3.2 million

A medical centre in Melbourne’s Thomastown leased to Sonic Health Plus has been purchased by a local group of medical professionals for $3.2 million. 

The clinic at 6-10 Wood Street comprises an air-conditioned reception with a large patient waiting area, spacious consulting rooms, modern procedure and treatment rooms and amenities. 

The deal was brokered by Ian Angelico and Craig McKellar of CVA Property Consultants. 

The property has an area of 1,136 sqm and is located within Thomastown’s commercial and industrial precinct featuring neighbours including Bunnings Warehouse, Fantastic Furniture, Repco, Petbarn, Tradelink and Supercheap Auto.
