Master Tailor takes up lease in Melbourne's William Street

Melbourne-based fashion business Master Tailor has agreed terms on a new CBD lease at the recently completed the William redevelopment at a rental of more than $1,235 a square metre.

Located at shop 3/199 William Street, the 21 square metre tenancy was leased out on a five-year term with options. 

It is one of 12 new retail tenancies at the Hengyi-developed project

The deal was brokered by Savills Australia’s Joseph Brzezek and Michael Di Carlo.

The building has been completely refurbished and comprises 529 apartments (86 serviced).

"Master Tailor sought a premises which both offered an address that reflected its market image and which offered first rate access to a broad range of on-site residential and daily CBD clientele. Situated within Melbourne’s highly regarded legal precinct, the William met those requirements,’’ Brzezek said.
