Maggie T rents retail space on Little Collins Street

The women's fashion label Maggie T will lease retail space on Little Collins Street, Melbourne.
The 49 square metre store at 279 Little Collins Street will cost approximately $4,000 per square metre.
Savills brokered the deal which was the fashion label's eighth store across Melbourne.
It is its third in the CBD, with the others on Bourke Street and at Collins Place.
