The Lightingales retail premises in Claremont, Western Australia, has sold for $3.05 million within 24 hours of being listed for sale through Savills.

Agent Barney Dear brokered the deal for the showroom at 269 Stirling Highway on behalf of a private investor.

The sale was at a yield of 5.36% and a land rate of $3,011 per square metre.

“Selling this property so quickly from the commencement of its campaign launch is a clear demonstration of the strong demand for well-located leased investments in Perth’s western suburbs,” Dear said.
