Lakemba unit development site sells at $1.86 million

A Lakemba development sold at auction last weekend at $1.86 million.

The 15-17 Quigg Street offering was zoned R4 high density residential.

The block size was 976 square metres, suitable for unit development, according to selling agents, Knapton & Co.

Lakemba is 12 k milometres to the Sydney CBD.

Last year a 1024 square metre potential development site zoned R4 High Density Residential, with very large four bedroom full brick home, was sold at 23 Quigg Street North for $1,925,000.

At 78 Quigg Street South, a 1,144 square metre site remains for sale at $1.25 million through Richard Matthews Real Estate.
