Kensington among the fastest selling Melbourne suburbs
The Melbourne suburb of Kensington is among the nation's top 10 fastest selling suburbs, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property data firm says that houses in Kensington spend 39 days on the market before sale.

Another example is a two bedroom house at 33 Chelmsford Street (below) that spent 37 days on the market before being sold for $903,000.
The median price of houses in Kensington is $960,000, which is an increase of $55,000 from last year’s median price of $905,000.
Kensington is a popular suburb with 894 more website listing visits than most other suburbs in Victoria.
Independent residents make up the majority of residents in Kensington.
