Christie's, who are led by agent Ken Jacobs who recently secured the reported $100 million Fairwater sale, occupy the top floor of the two level Knox Street building.

The 238 sqm lower ground space is tenanted by Sportscraft, which has recently been renovated throughout.

Sandwiched between the Savoy Hotel and the newly located ANZ Bank, the property also comes with an additional rear shopfront to Knox Lane.
