Jeff Xu's Gibson Property Corporation has put to market the freestanding McKillop House on one of Melbourne’s laneways.

CBRE has the listing of the 12-14 McKillop Street property, located between Little Collins Street and Bourke Street.

It comprises a freestanding, five level Manhattan-style building over 1706 square metres featuring bespoke floors of 250 square metres and large industrial style windows.

The 361 square metre corner site has 22 metres frontage ideal for a diversity of uses including retail, hospitality, office, hotel and/or residential.

The property will be auctioned October 12 at 12.30pm on site, next door to the ISPT-Brookfield Foundry project.

It last sold at $11.55 million in 2015.
