Huxtaburger Prahran premises to be auctioned this Friday

With an eight year net lease to Huxtaburger, 205-207 High Street, Prahran is up for auction on Friday 1 August through CBRE.

The Prahran premises of the iconic national food brand, notable for their 'hot beef, cold beer' American-diner style combination, is located beneath a 323 apartment complex.

It is an eight minute walk from Prahran Station, and located near to Dominos,

Huxtaburger has two other stores - in Collingwood and the CBD - and is under the Huxtable restaurant brand.

The Prahran outlet is the most recent of the burger joints, opening in November 2013. Founder by Dante Ruaine, the Collingwood and CBD Huxtaburger stores boast sales of 7,000 buns a week, as of late last year.
