Horsham Plaza sold for $24.85 million

The Horsham Plaza in regional Victoria’s Wimmera region has been sold for $24.85 million.

The 12,701 square metre neighbourhood shopping centre is on a 2.1 hectare land Darlot Street holding.

It is anchored by a Kmart and includes 26 specialty stores.

It last sold for $12 million in 1996.
