Bondi Beach-based former horse breeder Dean Fleming has withdrawn his Port Douglas commercial premises from sale.

It was offered for sale with a lease to the Port Douglas Happy Herb Shop, a retailer selling 'healthy, happy, natural and chemical free products'.

The tenant has the lease until 2020.

Raine & Horne Port Douglas Mossman agent David Cotton was listing the property.

Fleming paid $605,000 for the 92 square metre Macrossan Street shop in 2009.

Last year Fleming downsized to a $3,025,000 North Bondi apartment
