The Bronte Road Bistro, located in the heart of Waverley's retail precinct, is set to go under the hammer later this month.

Located in Sydnery's eastern suburbs at 280-282 Bronte Road, the property has been home to the French-bistro style restaurant Bronte Road Bistro since 2008.

They have a new secure long lease until May 2022 with a further five year option.

The freestanding property on 125 sqm comes with a net rental return of $100,783 per annum with a fixed rental growth of three percent per annum.

It has a commercial kitchen and a fit-out focusing on bringing in light in to the timber-floored internal area. There's also a number of outdoor dining tables.

The property has a secure car space located on the property, as well as having a liquor licence.

It is set for auction on the 27th of June through LJ Hooker Commercial agent Steven Kruyer.

The property last traded for $1.95 million in 1997.

Owner and partner of Bronte Road Bistro Stewart Parsons re-opened Woollahra's famed Claude's restaurant after it closed in 2015.

He and chef Cameron Johnston took over the premises and renamed it St Claude's.
