The Blue Lady Tattoo Parlour will be carving tattoos from its new leased space in the Melbourne CBD.

The leased space is on the first level of 67-73 Hardware Lane. It spans 102 sqm.

The three-year lease with options for two further three-year options commenced at an annual rental of $55,000 plus GST.

The shop is operating with seven artists working on a seven-day a week opening basis from 11.30 until 8 pm.

The deal was negotiated by Gray Johnson agent Rory White.

The tenancy offer was inclusive of an introductory two months rent-free period.

Hardware Lane is noted for its restaurant and bar outlets close to major city legal and business offices so this tenancy adds a new service dimension to an activity precinct,” White said.
