A new bar in Surry Hills is set to open from the team behind Circular Quay's Bulletin Place.

Dead Ringer, a 150sqm space at 413 Bourke Street in Surry Hills is co-owned by former World Class Bartender of the Year Tim Philips who said the beautiful heritage terrace felt like the perfect setting for Bulletin Place’s sister venue.

Chef Tristan Rosier, formerly of Est. and Farmhouse Kings Cross is creating the menu.

Executive director of estate agency Greencliff, Marcus Chang, said Greencliff was excited to have secured world class operators to bring their vision to the space.
