The Hannah's Pies site in Ultimo has been sold for about $20 million.

The site, next to the Powerhouse Museum at 562-576 Harris Street, was sold with a leaseback to the pie shop.

It was sold to Caper Property which owns two sites, both in inner-west Sydney.

They are the Bald Face Stag Hotel and One Camperdown, Fairfax Media has reported.

Caper Property, which is seeking to capitalise in the build-to-rent and co-living sectors, is led by Chrsytan Paul formerly with boutique investment firm Aura Capital.
