All of the 15 one bedroom units have been renovated internally.

They sit in a block of nearly 30 apartments in a three level, 1970s building at 48-52 Darley Street.

The apartments have a price tag of $7.85 million through NG Farah agents Martin Farah and David Yacoub.

It works out to $523,000 per apartment, well below Newtown's $655,000 median price for a one bedroom unit.
