A commercial property in Glebe has sold prior to its auction for $3.55 million, the first time its traded in over 20 years.

It was set to go under the hammer on November 19 through LJ Hooker agents Nicholas Katsikaros, Branko Strehar and Akanksha Chaudhari, but it sold three days before.

Refurbished and constructed in 2015, 79 Glebe Point Road has 365 sqm of external and internal dining capacity.

There are three storerooms, a cool room and rear parking for six vehicles behind its period facade.

It offers a current incomew of $156,000 per annum leased to Turkish restaurant Otto Noorba until May 2021 with two five year lease options.

It last sold for $585,000 in 1993.
