Giftware firm takes $120,000 lease through Savills in Melbourne's Cheltenham
Giftware firm Ezy Group Trading has agreed terms on a new office/warehouse lease at Cheltenham in Melbourne’s south-east in a deal brokered by Savills Australia.
The 355 Warrigal Road property comprises 1,765 square metres of building which includes a warehouse, office space and a showroom.
The property has main road exposure and access to the Nepean Highway.
Savills director Gareth Jackson, who brokered the deal, said the tenant will pay $120,000 per annum on a five-year lease with options
"The property was also well suited to Ezy Group’s accommodation requirements providing efficient design, showroom space, room for growth and on-site parking,’’ Jackson said.
The lessor was a private investor.
