Franklin ACT median house price around $789,000: Investar
Franklin in the ACT has plenty of opportunities to purchase a house at around a $780,000 median, according to Investar’s latest report of the most active sale suburbs.
The property investment firm says that the median price of a house at Franklin sits around $789,000.
This is followed by Crace with $770,000 and Forde with $729,000.
