Former Wallabies coach Bob Dwyer lists Southern Highlands home

Former Wallabies coach Bob Dwyer and his wife Ruth have listed Two Gates Farm, East Kangaloon in the New South Wales Southern Highlands with $5 million plus hopes.

Set on 40 hectares, the property features a Richard Rowe-designed home in Annie Wilkes-designed gardens.

The  four bedroom solar passive home comes with a self-contained guest quarters. There's a swimming pool and tennis court. Its bordered by lush pastures bordered by dry-stone walls and remnant rainforest.

The couple purchased the land in 2002 for $865,000, shortly before the World Cup winning coach resigned as a rugby coach in 2003.

The down sizing couple have purchased a $550,000 three-bedroom Bowral house, with a view over Bowral gold course, which had been for sale since late 2011 at $670,000.
