Fenner Dunlop secured as tenant at Nexus Industrial Estate

The world's largest manufacturer of conveyor belting for mining and industrial applications, Fenner Dunlop, has been secured as a tenant at Nexus Industrial Estate, in Dandenong South.

Salta Properties had the listing.

Fenner Dunlop has pre-committed to the 6998 square metre site on Portlink Drive, which comprises a 6560 square metre warehouse with heavy duty cranes, a 438 square metre DDA compliant office (over 2 levels), 3 No. Rapid Roller Doors and B Double Access.

An additional 5506 square metre speculative development connected to Fenner Dunlop, which comprises a 5055 square metre warehouse and 451 square metre office with an estimated completion date of September 2021.

Salta Properties Managing Director, Sam Tarascio, welcomed Fenner Dunlop as its latest tenant at the industrial precinct and highlighted the importance of tailored solutions for tenants and clients.
