Construction company Hindmarsh has finished the structural work behind the new Dutton Lane retail development in Western Sydney's Cabramatta.

The $16 million project is scheduled for practical completion in early 2016. Essential services such as electricity and water twill be switched on over the coming weeks.

The three-storey Dutton Lane development will offer ground floor retail shops, commercial offices and car parking on level 1 and additional car parking on level 2. Approximately 4,300sq m of retail space will feature about 30 tenancies as well as 275 car spaces.
