Everglory Energy, a subsidiary of Everglory China, has agreed terms on a three year lease at One Margaret Street, Sydney.

It was the last remaining suite available on level 17, according to Savills leasing agent Chris Rowe who brokered the deal.

The office space was let on a three year term at an average gross yearly rental of around $136,000.

DEXUS, the owners of One Margaret Street, had implemented a new suites strategy on level 17 of the building, creating seven small fitted suites, designed to suit occupiers from 150 to 210 square metres.

One Margaret Street is an 18 level A-Grade office tower located in the Western corridor of the Sydney CBD.
