A DA approved residential development site in south-west Sydney has been listed for sale.

The 7,818 square metre site at 245 Croatia Avenue is approximately 650 metres from Edmondson Park railway station.

It has been approved for 105 mostly two bedroom units.

The marketing campaign is being handled by Ray White Commercial's Scott Timbrell and Nic George.

“Edmondson Park is a major land release area in the south-west growth region of Sydney,” Timbrell said.

“UrbanGrowth NSW has developed a masterplan for the area which includes a new town centre, new residential areas, schools, community facilities, recreation areas and a regional park.”

Edmondson Park is located 40km south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Liverpool.

George said the site enjoys easy access to the M7 and M5 motorways and is close to the Casula Shopping Village, schools and amenities.

Offers close April 10, 2017.
