Developer Greaton has purchased three adjoining land parcels in Sydney's North Shore suburb of Lindfield with a total size of 9,120 sqm.

Development approvals for 43 luxury townhouses and two free-standing homes esigned by Sydney architects Rothelowman on the site, 16 – 18 Beaconsfield Parade, have been lodged.

Council approval for stage one is expected in the second quarter of 2017. The development is expected to cost over $100 million.

Nicho Teng, managing director of Greaton said they saw this site as a great opportunity to enter the exclusive North Shore market.

“Downsizers and young growing families from the North Shore area are expected to primarily purchase in this project," he said.

"It is our view that luxury townhouses will appeal to these markets as they are looking for something larger than apartment living and also enjoy private courtyards and gardens.

“It made smart business sense to expand the company’s presence into the North Shore area which is well established. We are currently creating beautiful liveable communities across Australia.

"The Lindfield development further expands our growing property footprint in Sydney. We are looking for more investment opportunities in the area.”

Stage one is expected to be released in Spring 2017.
