David Clarke takes chair from Kerry Roxburgh at Charter Hall

Charter Hall has booked an $82 million net profit for 2014, up almost 50% on the $54 million previous result.

Meanwhile Kerry Roxburgh is set to retire as a director and chairman of Charter Hall Group at the conclusion of the 12 November annual general meeting.

He has been a non-executive director since April 2005.

David Clarke, who was appointed a non-executive director in April this year, is the chairman-elect. He is a former Chief Executive Officer of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. 

Charter Hall has over $11.5 billion of funds under management across the office, retail and industrial sectors with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
