Cubbyholes in the Central Coast are being offered for sale, priced from $108,000 plus GST.

The Cubbyhole concept essentially means an an industrial park comprising small, affordable work and storage spaces.

The Cubby Two is built in the Warnervale Business Park, Central Coast, where Woolworths and Sanitarium have located their distribution centres. 

It is close to MQ that connects Sydney to the Central Coast and Newcastle. 

The buildings for Cubbyhole Central Coast are set in landscaped grounds, adjoining bushland with rural views and include a café. 

There are 88 light industrial units and one residential apartment.
